Working closely with interior designers, architects and private clients, we design and craft bespoke furniture and interior elements that respond to their setting, bringing clarity, character and a cohesive identity to every home. Whether creating a single statement piece or furnishing an entire interior, our role is to guide each project from first conversation through to final installation, making the process as considered and enjoyable as the finished result.

CONSULTATION
Every project begins with a conversation. We take time to understand your aspirations, how the space will be used and the atmosphere you want to create. Whether working from architectural drawings or surveying an existing home, this stage establishes the foundation for every design decision that follows.
DESIGN
We develop a tailored design proposal that explores form, proportion, materials and detailing. Through drawings and visualisations, you’ll see how each piece contributes to the wider interior before manufacture begins.
SPECIFICATION
Once the design is approved, we prepare detailed production drawings and material samples where required, ensuring complete clarity before work begins in the workshop.
CRAFT
Every piece is crafted in our Worcestershire workshop using authentic materials selected for their beauty, longevity and performance. Clients are always welcome to visit and see their furniture taking shape.
INSTALLATION
We deliver and install every commission with the same care that goes into its design and manufacture. Working alongside builders, electricians and decorators where required, we ensure every project is completed with precision and minimal disruption.
INTERIOR DESIGNERS & ARCHITECTS
Nick Munn (Black Pear’s Founder) has more than 20 years experience in collaborating with interior designers and architects, providing design development, detailed technical drawings, material samples and prototype solutions where required. Comfortable working as part of a wider project team, we understand the importance of communication, coordination and delivering furniture that supports the overall design vision.
